Eight skills in ten days

Every lesson is built around real appointment-setting work. By Day 10 you will have a portfolio and the ability to pitch your first paid client immediately.

Understand the role
Know exactly what an appointment setter does, who hires them, and how you fit into a client's sales pipeline.
Manage a sales pipeline
Understand how a pipeline works, set up a CRM, and track leads from first contact to booked meeting.
Qualify leads with BANT
Use the BANT framework to assess budget, authority, need, and timing so you only book calls that convert.
Write cold outreach
Write cold emails and LinkedIn DMs that earn a response, using scripts and personalisation frameworks that work.
Handle objections
Respond to the 7 most common objections with confidence, turning resistance into booked appointments.
Run a full booking call
Complete a mock appointment-setting call from intro to close, recorded as a real portfolio piece.
Package your services
Build a basic rate card and know how to price yourself so you can start pitching paid clients from Day 10.
Show a real portfolio
Walk away with a Lead Tracker, Objection Response Sheet, a recorded call, and a rate card that prove you can do the work.

Short, practical, and live

This is not a theory course. Every day you watch something short, then you do something real. By the end you have work to show.

01
Daily video lesson
One pre-recorded video per day, 8 to 12 minutes long. Watch at your own time before completing the day's exercise.
02
Daily practical exercise
Each lesson includes a worksheet or Google Sheet template. You complete it, keep it, and it becomes part of your portfolio.
03
Two live Zoom sessions
One session per week, 60 minutes each. Ask questions, practise with a partner, and get direct feedback from your facilitator.
04
Two portfolio submissions
You submit your Lead Tracker after Week 1 and your full portfolio at the end of Week 2. Both are assessed and returned with feedback.
